Wendy Tippett, NMN, GPC is a dedicated leader in human services and nonprofit management, currently serving as the Director of Human Services Action for Palm Beach County. With over 30 years of experience, she has played a pivotal role in homeless prevention, veteran services, and nonprofit leadership. She has led homeless prevention and veteran services and previously served as CEO of Adopt-A-Family of the Palm Beaches for 24 years.

Wendy also provides expertise in grant research, strategic planning, and capacity building through her role at Experience Counts Consulting. She holds a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from Regis University and a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Political Science from Eastern Illinois University. Wendy is a Grant Professional Certified (GPC), specializing in securing funding and driving community impact.
