CHW Care Coordination-Scope of Service
The objectives of this presentation include a history of community health workers; the current uses and impact of care coordination; and overall description of what will be taught.
Stuart Miro, M.D.
Dr. Miro received his medical degree from the University of Brussels and will receive his MHA in December of 2016 from Florida Atlantic University after graduation he will become a member of the faculty at the university. He completed his OB/GYN residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut and served his last year a chief resident. Dr. Miro is a Diplomate in the American College Obstetrics and Gynecology and maintained his status as a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology during his years in practice. Dr. Miro has been a significant contributor to the Care Coordination Program Development.
